Dry Bones & Light Bulbs

I am really only posting this as I was surprised to see that Dry Bones is up with current Australian news!

For those wondering if us Aussies are going back to using candles the story here should explain it. The government wants to ban incandescent bulbs and have people use the (initially much more expensive but) more energy-efficient flourescent bulbs.

Unfortunately the Pope was correct. Islam is a religion of violence - the entire world is scared of terrorists and the terrorists are mainly of the Moslem faith. When the politically correct Western governments finally recognise this maybe then there will be a backlash against these thugs.

But we are being told by the representatives of Islam that the Koran preaches peace and theirs is a religion of peace. If these spokesmen really believe this why do they not denounce the extremists among their co-religionists? Maybe they are also afraid of a violent reaction.

Let us hope that the new year of 5767 ushers in an era of true peace with the coming of Moshiach.
