This week's Living Torah is an excerpt from the farbrengen of Tu Bishvat 5748 (1988) where the Rebbe explains how to get advice from "Nosi Doreinu" when asking the Rebbe directly is not an option. The video is 9 minutes long but worth watching to the end. The last part is particularly interesting in how it relates to us today with regard to asking for brochos.
